Choose a finished panel by depth, installation method and illuminated area. FH matches each structure with custom LED strips.

Choose the panel structure

Dimensions below belong to separate structures. They are not interchangeable limits for every panel.

A framed backlight for graphics, shop fittings and illuminated display surfaces.

A slim panel for fixtures with limited mounting depth.

A frameless illuminated system for displays and fixtures, with depth, rear support and protection selected together.

Finished Assembly Depth	12.5–50 mm finished system; not the PMMA thickness
Reference weight	15 kg/m² for the 12.5 mm reference configuration; other builds vary.

A panel with a frame return for recessed shelves, cabinets and retail backdrops. Send the finished opening and a section drawing.

LED strips sit in prepared edge channels for custom outlines and cutouts behind stone, glass or displays.

An illuminated insert for bakery counters and display shelves, with a protective cover selected for cleaning and daily handling.

Use conditions	Confirm tray loads, support spacing, cleaning method, humidity and any condensation before selecting the assembly

IP40 is the indoor reference for the three dimensioned panel structures above; it provides no water protection.

LED supply	FH custom LED strips, configured for the approved panel and optical pattern

Light Effect	Single-CCT white, tunable white, RGB or RGBW
White-light options	2700K / 4000K / 6500K reference settings; other custom white-light selections include 2800–7500K
Optical performance	Agree CRI, panel brightness and uniformity with the selected LED strip and sample
Power and wiring	Strip power per metre and total panel power are calculated separately; cable cores, gauge and connectors follow the selected circuit
Dimming & Control	PWM, 0–10 V, DALI, DMX or TRIAC through a compatible power supply or controller, where specified
Included components	LED panel, power supply, controller, cables and mounting parts are itemized in the quotation

Ordering and documentation
Minimum order	10 pcs
Samples	7 days after drawing and specification approval; shipping time is additional.
LED configuration	FH uses custom LED strips. Electrical and optical values are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Compliance	Applicable CE / RoHS documentation is available by model. Scope is confirmed in the quotation.
